Caroline has been part of Home Away since 1996 when, as volunteer, she helped create the organizations first volunteer program. In 2001, Caroline was instrumental in producing the highly successful Education Summit that Home Away sponsored at Grace Cathedral. And, in 2002, she served as the Agency’s Director of Operations – overseeing Home Away’s development, marketing and financial matters, as well as day-to-day operations.
Caroline brings more then 20 years of managerial and marketing experience from the corporate and non-profit worlds where she has held senior-level positions and consulted with companies in New York and San Francisco.
