Owner, Krav Maga San Francisco. Together with her husband, martial-arts expert Barney Foland, Gail owns the Krav Maga Training Center (KMTC) in San Francisco, a state-of-the-art 12,000-square-foot facility that offers classes in self-defense, fitness, strength and yoga.
A proud mother and grandmother, Gail is active in the community, volunteering with various local and national nonprofits. She is especially drawn to organizations that help women entrepreneurs and support children in need. She began working with A Home Away From Homelessness in 2004, when she offered special classes for the kids and free membership at KMTC for employees.
